I just received hatching eggs in the mail, only way I could find BO's. They have arrived! :wootNow my broody isn't anymore and I'm incubating. Just bought one and can read the instructions, but I'm sure they will not answer my first question. Some of the eggs were broken and so now all the eggs have egg on them. I am pretty sure I would be endangering the chicks if I wash these eggs. What should I do? Anyone?

I'm not an eggs-pert but I'll do my best to help. I would gently wash them with warm water. Remove all the egg bits. Then carefully candle them to check their aircells and for additional cracking. You'll want to rest your eggs aircell (large side) up for about 1 day before putting them in the incubator. Use this extra day to set up and stabilize your incubator. Both temp and humidity. Takes a bit of fiddling to get this just right in the cheaper units. Good luck! I look forward to watch your hatch!

Thank you so much! I will wash them lightly then. I have so many questions! Reading some articles now.
