The chicken in the picture looks to me like it might be a Polish, I don't think the EEs have crests... although they do have adorable chipmunk cheeks, and sometimes they have a beard! I second the recommendation that you get an EE (or two), there's nothing quite like getting your first green/blue egg! That's something you'll never find in the grocery store, even stores that sell free range eggs!
