I've got some chicken eggs on lockdown. I can see that we have internal pips, good movement, etc. One of them has internally pipped at least 12 hours ago though, is moving and rocking around like crazy but has not made an external pip.

When do I worry? It is day 20.

What is important to remember is that the majority (nearly 100%) of things that prevent healthy chicks from emerging on their own happened long before day 21. Some even months to years before.
And the more people think they need to intervene can even be counterproductive. That is especially true with broody hens.

It pipped. :)

I have a pip over a dark spot on another egg, but it's near the air sac. Worry?

We have started to zip. There is what looks like a feather sticking out and not a beak. Should I worry?

1.5 hours. i can see the beak going, but it's kind of under the feather. Also, the feather is dry and humidity is 79%.
