First timer with lots of questions

Some people take them out right after hatch and that's fine as long as the brooder is all ready for them. It always makes me nervous when they're fumbling around knocking the other eggs about

What do I do with the other eggs which have been knocked to hell and back please?

Leave them be or try to reposition them?

Thank you. I will let him dry for a few minutes more then do that. He can't quite walk yet, so I don't want to put him under a heat plate and cook him cos he can't leave.

Cute, noisy wee thing :)

He should be able to move about enough to get the heat he needs. I don't know if this is true, but I feel like they're looking for their hen whenever they flip over backwards. If the hen was over them, they would touch her whenever they kind of stand up and back. I hope I'm making sense
