I need advice....I am on day 28 of first turkey batch..
All chicks alive
On candling I can see two of them have broken their air sacs and the others are trying to break through.
I realise that turkey egg membranes are particularly thick to get through for the chicks. So have put hunidity at 70% and brought temp down slightly.....at wwhat point do I help out.....I have never helped out pre-breaking through shell....do I have to consider helping before this point if nothing happens in next few hours?
Any advice?
