These are the ones in the pond. Growing ridiculously fast and have gotten very bright colors from all the nutrients and food in here. I only got them two months ago and they started as tiny little feeders hahah

The ones in the other pond are MASSIVE.

Holy moly! Those are incredible! My feeder has grown so much as well, she used to be really little!

Oh wow that’s awesome!!! And yesssss they are!!!
Thank you, I know! I once heard one survived a fall on the pet store floor and was just fine 5 minutes later! I totally think parents should start their kids on pet feeders, goldfish are so hardy and get sick with hardly anything! :)

I love them!
Thank you, I love your's too!🤗 It's nice to know there's another goldfish fin-atic out there! (Pun definitely intended!)

A lot of people do start with feeders and I’m not sure I like it cause they’re one of the most mistreated fish out there. They give them away at fairs and stuff after they roast in bags all day 😭 or are in way too small bowls etc.

These are the other goldfish LOL sorry for all the pics! 😂🙈

This is what I'm hoping to get, either they're hard to get or they looked sickly. So I never try to risk my current babies! I almost got one, a baby, but for 20$ I'm like: NOPE! Plus he didn't look the healthiest.... :/
I gonna hopefully get one tomorrow, I found a place that has them for less than the other fish store. A panda oranda!

I know, they're way smarter than we give them credit for! Plus being in cups and glasses all day, how horrible and tortureous!

Talk about saving fish! Except for a couple shubunkins and fantails, most of my fish are feeders. The tiny one on the lower left is from this year; the others must be at least 6 years old. They still mate out there, but the fry don't seem to live long enough for us to find them. I think the pond is too clean. We added some artificial plants to try to give them places to lay eggs and for babies to hide, but none so far.

There are also 2 small eels rescued from the Asian supermarket in there, and a golden one.
