So beautiful!!

Love the pond what kinds of fish do you have in it, if any? Goldfish? Koi? I’m hoping to build mine a pond soon.

No goldfish at the moment. I want to get more fancy goldfish sometime this year. I do have koi. 8 small ones right now. I lost my original herd of koi and fancy goldies when we had the polar vortex come through in 2018/19. It was a very rough experience, I was very attached to them.
These are my current koi.

When you build your pond go as big as you can! I already up graded once and will be making adjustments to the sides and bottom of this one once it warms up again. I love having a pond

I think something’s wrong with Draco he’s very lethargic and not moving much. He’s finally moving a little bit not but still not very much. Last night I tapped the glass a ton right next to him thinking he was dead and he didn’t move. Finally moved a tiny bit but went right back to his spot at the top corner. He looks super bloated/swollen and his scales look kind of raised... they’re never brown like that. I also just noticed his one fin appears to be like rotted or something?

I hope it’s not dropsy or pinecone or fin rot or whatever and I hope I haven’t killed him by over feeding or something.

At first I thought maybe my mom accidentally put some cleaner or something into the tank last night but then I noticed all the other issues.
I just did a large water change and will be trying a salt treatment in a little bit but I have to do a couple other things first.

Yeah, those pictures weren’t the greatest for viewing the fins

Here’s some hopefully better pictures of that. Hopefully you can see it’s kinda prickly/raised up?

Unless you mean the rotted one?? In which case hopefully this will help. His one fin is really pretty and nice and the other is kinda just hanging there and all mangled/rotted looking almost like it’s falling off.

He does have a heater and right now it’s at 76.6 but that’s also cause it’s only like a quarter full atm. It was closer to 78-79 before I took the water out.

Sorry, I just realized you meant fin not scales not really thinking properly atm. But still... the old pics weren’t great of the scales either so hopefully these will help clarify both.

Aww, poor guy. One thing he has is bloat. I dont know what you would do about his fin. Never seen that before. It looks bad.

I would hazard a guess the fin is fungal . For bloat I would give a skinned pea but I dont think bettas will eat it.
