@oldhenlikesdogs look my above two posts lol they’re so pretty and I want 🤣🙈
Calico almost always fade out as they age. Some of mine became all white. Not all do it. I've had many telescopic eyed goldfish. I personally like black moors.

I'm down to 7 various fancy goldfish that are getting older. I do have one white telescopic who never really grew much. The butterfly refers to the tail.

I also have around 11 regular goldfish with the oldest being from 2005. He's hanging in there but he's becoming blind.

Thanks for all the info! Very interesting and helpful. The eyes creep me out so I’d probably just stick with regular goldfish lol

I can’t believe you have such old ones!!

I prefer to mention my goldfish in the goldfish thread but, okay...
My pond is only 3.5 months old.
This was shortly after planting the new marginals and adding new goldfish. The all white comet is a rescued 6 year old carnival fish that was living in a tank alone for about 3 years after her tank mate died.
She spawned less than a week after the new fish arrived.

Bella realized after about 6 weeks that there were creatures in the pond and became obsessed!
