Our coop and run r tight for the most part. We have double walls with insulation, hardware cloth on every window, and our run is surrounded with hardware cloth, including about 8in of it surrounding the Perimeter. It is 8 ft tall. And covered on the top, however the top is covered with green garden fencing, which I think a mink can fit thru. I think i will need to install some hardware cloth over that. I am so paranoid now

My main worry is when they r free ranging. They have no fences or limitations and I have a lot of wooded area surrounding my property where predators can hide

On nights that I worry I put a radio in my coop to deter predators

Yes probably right. Poor peeps... Today was the 1st day they were able to free range in about 3 days because I was not home until dark the last few days, so they stayed in the or coop/run.

I am grateful for my 3 roos. I would not have even known about this, if it wasnt for them. They made that famous alert clucking, and that's what made me check on them

I’m very surprised they are usually nocturnal
I don’t know how your laws work but I would throw a poison burger where you seen it around the time of day you seen it It sounds like they enialate entire flocks or a live trap might work
