I too began free ranging our 13 girls,, they are 8-9 weeks old now....let em out bout 6pm just before dark they get themselves back in the house...... im in a rural area, huge lawn/field/woods, bears, fishers, fox, dogs, got it all......goes with territory,, if you let em loose something will eat a few eventually

Fishers can be tenacious predators. If you dispatch it, remain silent - they are a protected species in many areas. Good luck in resolving the situation.
