Just dug the fishing rods & reels out & old tackle box this past weekend. Long story but they've been in storage so very long. Life is short, need to live it while you can. Plan to get them set up, get licenses for my sweetheart & myself. Looking forward to catching some fresh dinner!

I haven’t been fishing in a while.

I took my dad for father's day a few years ago. He passed on recently. Before that, we hadn't been fishing since I was a kid in the 70s. It has been a long journey, many years with my loved ones & myself fighting cancer. Whatever is going on though, if a person is able, just realize that yesterday's gone & tomorrow is no guarantee, so Right Now it's a good time to appreciate life, love & enjoy the simple times & share them, because they're the best!
Do it while you can!
