Friend sent this picture and wondering WTH it is.
Of course I thought cancerous.

There is no reason the meat would not be okay. I wouldn't eat the testicle though.

I had a 6 month old with ones about the size of golf balls, didn't think they could get much bigger. How was his attitude? Are you certain it's the testicle and not anything else? The color looks off compared to the ones I've seen

He said the rooster acted fine.
He eats gizzards and said the other testicle looked fine so hopefully he knows the difference.
Color and structure looks totally different than regular testicle

On FB necropsy group they thought either cancerous or infected.
