New year, new goals, new resolutions, some put their health, losing weight on their bucket list .
Do you work out or do any kind of fitness training? if so what are your reasons ?

I run. A LOT! My yard is big so I usually run around. Or run chasing chickens lol. Or kids :lau
I do it for so I can have better endurance in basketball and soccer and track. Plus I enjoy it so much! I’m a competitive person so I feel as if I have to win all the time in everything I do!
 
Mine will be to drop 30-40 pounds by fall next year. I am starting Jan 1st. So I will be enjoying that last piece of pie On Christmas day for the next year. I have to lose 10 pounds atleast before March because I am having surgery and don't want anyone to see my jelly rolls I have accumulated. I am very rusty with my exercises. As I use to walk 2 miles a day just walking around my 3 acre property.
