fixing chicks curled toes??

the last egg hatched this morning around 8 o'clock , but it hasn't started walking! when i pick it up and try to put him on his feet his toes are curled, they are ALWAYS curled !! how do i fix this HELP ME!!!!!!

Put vitamins and electrolytes in the water, along with Polyvisol without iron, that should help1
