I bought ivermectin ‘pour on ‘ —works in a day. I have never tried the oral and my thoughts are it should work any time soon...? As it gets through their system. Idk ...

If you do get the pour on it’s 5 drops dispersed through wings vent back for standard birds. 2 drops ( back and vent area) for bantam.

Okay so he is improving alot, still a little under the weather but getting better. I applied the powder every two days last week, should I continue?

I’ve had experience with mites on ducks and geese and in coops. Clean everything in the coop or even take it apart if it’s possible and get into every nook and cranny, unscrew things from the walls etc. Hose it down with highest water pressure available and let it dry. Diatomaceous earth as prevention afterwards, regularly. I’d assume all your birds have some of the pests so look at everyone and treat. Good luck. It’s an ongoing battle.
