Agreed. Technically you can get meat and/or blood spots in store bought egg products, just you'll never see them because they're mixed in.
 
I buy cage-free eggs at the store and sometimes I'll get a batch where almost all of them have meat spots. I guess nobody told them about the candling!

I use a half of the shell to scoop it out.
