Float test Fail???

Also, how long did you keep those eggs in the water?
Did you check for pips or cracks before floating?

Also, it's important that the water is warm. Cold chicks don't move.
I must confess that I have not had success with the float test. I had a couple of eggs that didn't move and were still alive. I'm really not sure it tells you anything useful. Better to just put those eggs back and wait patiently for a chick to appear. If you get to 3 or 4 days past the due date and there is no pip or sound from the egg, gently shake it from side to side. If it is a dud it will slosh. If it doesn't slosh, carefully break a hole in the fat end and very gently peel back some membrane watching closely for any movement. If there is any bleeding stop immediately.

They are chicken eggs I checked for cracks and pops no movement and the water was warm I guess I shoud jus wait 1 more day
