We have one of the rivers near us and in 2017 our area was flooded. Not sure who close it was to the house we own now but no one could get in or out. So im hoping its not that bad. I just want rain.

Yes, we need rain badly but won't flood no matter how much rain we get. Take care & stay safe.

Too early for any trouble yet. And I don't really expect any, just some wind & rain but I'm keeping an eye out in case I have to move my girls inside. Not taking any chances with them.

Mine are on high ground. Higher then the house is. I have chosen a spot for my bigger coop in the future on high ground near the house too.

The shops are a mad house! People getting supplies. I keep getting different updates from different sites. One says tomorrow, one says tonight, one says over the weekend.

Im going to have a shower now encase we lose power. I won't be able to shower without setting the camp shower up. My chickens are freaking out with the wind sounds.
