naked necks are supposed to tolerate heat much better than most breeds
I've heard that....we are in the Big Bend area of north Florida so we get heat but not as humid as further South really. I spent 30 years about 5 hours further south and on the east coast of Florida and that's probably worse heat and humidity wise but I'm interested to see how much better if any they tolerate the summer here than the rest of my flock. They are adorable though...
