Flock/Life Journey's 2019

Saw a breeders advert up with some beautiful golden partridge Brahma hens, I just had to order one. Lol picking her up on Sunday.
Needed another partridge hen anyway, after one of my gorgeous hens was taken by a fox last summer.

Didn’t want to have Luna by herself with a rooster when I’m separating them for breeding.

I picked up my new girls yesterday. This morning my older girls had them bailed up in the coop away from food & water. *sigh* Everyone is now fed & watered but those naughty big girls will be getting some free range time shortly so the newbies get a break!

Oh my! Who is the rooster in back?... I’d like to see him better.. unless you no longer have him?

Congratulations Krystal! We're happy we where some of the first people you told. Ginger and crackers are supposed to great for an upset stomach. When Karma my dog, I posted her pregnancy story here before, was pregnant she absolutely loved crackers. It seemed to calm her stomach.

I seem to have three broody's at the moment. All three are nesting somewhere, most likely under my house. :he One is a bantam hen who I've already captured, thankfully. The other two are new layers! I have a feeling this is going to be a long ride with those two. I'l have to get under the house and find them tomorrow and then make sure no one else can get under there.
