Flock/Life Journey's 2019

Thank you kindly~
Lovely thread idea btw :) I suppose i'll introduce myself a little bit.

My name is Jaime, I live on a 50 acre farm and have all sorts of animals. Pigs, Goats, Horses, Jersey cows, 6 dogs (5 jacks and a Bernese mountain dog) 7 barn cats, Chickens (Of course  ) Ducks, Geese, Turkeys, Guinea hens, Ornamental pheasants, and will hopefully be adding 2 Emu chicks at the end of February~ 2018 was a bit unorganized so this year I have lots of plans i'd like to get done before 2020. My main goal right now is to build a tractor coop suitable for about 100 layers. I'd also like to build permanent breeding pens for my lavender orpingtons, ayam cemanis, cream legbars, and french black copper marans..

Hello! :frow

I'm...well, go ahead and call me Cara.

I have seven chickens...two Silkie bantams, a Wyandotte, a Plymouth Rock, an Easter Egger, a Sex Link, and a Production Red. And I have a ferret, two ASF rats, a gerbil, and six fish.
I hope to get more chickens in the early spring, as well as build a large new coop and run. It's also been a lifelong dream of mine to get at least one horse (that probably won't be happening anytime soon, though). :)

I hope to follow along with this thread somewhat, though the pages will probably build up way faster than I can read them, so I might be very slow in following.

2018 is the year I lost my first chicken, an Amberlink named Daisy. But other than that, it wasn't that bad of a year at all. You've gotta' see the good in everything...trust me, I know it's hard to, and it's easy to get blinded by all the dark in this evil world. But God has given us hope through Jesus, and a chance for a new life...for us to be redeemed. :hugs I'm sorry 2018 wasn't your best year. But I hope this one is a lot better while it's here.
