My name's Emily, and I'm from Virginia. I have 14 birds total in the flock--12 hens, 2 roosters. I also have 2 wonderful cats and a tank full of various fish and snails.

This is my one of my beautiful Orpington hens, Biscuit, who loves cuddles and will pull insistently at my pants until I pick her up.

1 did lay an egg but the shell was super thin and cracked. That was about a month ago.

Egg Update:
Still only 1 egg today from Hazel. 2 other slackers are still freeloading. Damnnn it.

GIN UPDATE:
I spoke to the feed store and they would love to take Gin for me. I told them about the wonky beak and they said someone will love him more for it and guess whos ordering 2 Black Australorp 2 week olds in his place
