Ahh, the hippie approach! I was thinking of painting a forest scene on it to try to camouflage it!
Happy feet’s nest is getting bigger, 11 eggs now and more feathers

Happy MondayGood Morning
Its Monday! First day back from my week off. Im already tired.
How are you?

Okay, thank you! I’m gonna have to think about it.. I was wondering about the foodGreat to hear that you’re considering getting some.
Here’s the pros:
They’re quiet, easy to tame, very friendly, cold hardy, they make great broodies and mother hens being able to cover lots of eggs and they’re good egg layers.
They’re a very laid back breed.
Cons:
they’re very slow to mature, their feathered feet can get ruined if kept in a muddy run and they eat ALOT more food compared to any other chickens I’ve had.
The pros outway out the cons for me though, they’re a joy to have around.
... I figured.... I do not have to worry about the cold here.. I have to worry about the heat.. ours will die of heat stroke way before they would suffer from cold! And my little white Silkie does fine with her feathered feet..
I think a chicken van would be awesome!! Go the hippie route for sureAhh, the hippie approach! I was thinking of painting a forest scene on it to try to camouflage it!
... and PLEASE post pics!!!
