Story Time:
So I sold some eggs to a lady at work. So anyways she loved them. Thought they were amazing. Her husband had forgotten that she bought fresh eggs and started cooking fried rice and went to put eggs in it. He seen that the carton was expired (as I use Recycled cartons). He throw the eggs out! Because he thought they were off.
Omg! So now im going to have to write fresh eggs on all my damn cartons. FML.

lol I have my neighbours well trained. They all keep used cartons for me & know the scraggy ones [that have been recycled multiple times] hold fresh eggs!

I didn't even think to maybe cross out the date but anyways. Shes ordered more eggs so thats a bonus but I have sooo many people wanting my eggs now. I can't keep up.

Well, first night outside... we’ll see how they do.. I’m sure fine. Today they spent the entire day out in their run..I moved them to the “brooder” on the porch for nighttime sleeping.
I rehomed the bully EE.. I found a gal near me who has tons of birds.. and all ages!

I know! I was like really? And all those eggs that someone could have eaten. Im like they are so fresh not even a week old! I was a bit annoyed im not even going to lie about that.

Another great Update honey.

The little pen looks really great for them. I might have to pinch your pen idea. When I have chicks I just let them out to peck around but me, Jordan and Tank would keep them close to their brooder but we no longer have Tank so might be harder next time round.

Their brooder has a side door and I'm thinking about connecting the two together when it's nice out so I don't have to do a chick chase and that way they can go scratch when they want but can go back to the familiar when scared.

That just means you might just need to go check out a feed store for some fuzzies
