Morning / Evening everyone
I think it's going to be a watch and see situation... I wouldn't worry too much about the ducks, if they can get in, they can get out... But the presents they'll leave you would be bothersome. Keep a close eye on the chickens as they will likely perch on the edges. But as long as it's full it shouldn't be a problem.
Yay for your pool! But I have nothing to offer... not sure what you could do... hopefully your ducks won’t take it over

I tried to trick them. I moved my kiddie pool (they already have 3 AND a pond
) over out of site of their normal free range areas behind my new trailer.
they found it AND moms new hiding place within hours
I've been trying to get a good video of them trouping past the windows...quacking at top volume
Yay for cheap and free pools! My birds dont fool with my pool but i dont have ducks and only a handful of my chickens free range at any one time as i rotate them to keep lines pure. Ima water girl toofound my pool free on CL this year

I really don't know. I would think that they wouldn't drink it if it would. Mine will always go for rain water over city water. Thanks! Did you think the chlorine would hurt them?
I'd love to have you over to "help" too!Maybe amazon or ebay might have one cheap?
I'm not sure on the other... but I'd love to come over to "help"
Jelly! We've been looking at that pool too.. pools here are open may to aug but if we owned one we could enjoy all year except for 3 months.
Ohh! My husbs says if you are worried about the chlorine look into a salt and sand filter system. Works great!![]()
good suggestions..thank you!I don’t think it would.. we used to put ours in the pool with us... the nutria too.. he’s just in the kiddie pool here though... you know you’re a redneck when....Thanks! Did you think the chlorine would hurt them?
