I can't separate my ducks and my chickens. If just one don't go to bed with the others at the same time they all come back out and its starts over .
But if all the ducks are in bed then the chicken's will go to their coop.

That’s really sweet that they are that bonded. My Runner drake will make sure all his girls are inside before he goes in and settles down for the night.

So update: All 6 of my ducks have now integrated (though they are definitely sell two groups of 3 when it comes down to it)....but one of my females from the original 7 has been one to sound the alarm call for EVERYTHING since we rehomed the 4 ducks. I has been 3-4 weeks and it isn’t getting any better. Will she just be like this forever now? If so I will end up having to rehome her because we live in a subdivision and it is just too loud when she is doing it so much and early in the morning....there was never an alarm call sounded before unless she didn’t pay attention and got separated from the flock around the corner of my screen porch...any advice on getting her to stop?
