Floppy chicken

Poor thing!
If you don't plan on culling her right now, I would see how she does with vitamin therapy and modifying her diet as mentioned previously.
She may be suffering from disease like Marek's or a number of other things that affect chickens but it's worth a shot.
Culling her was never the plan 😢. I do fear it is mareks. As the day has come and gone she has actually got worse not better. I have her separate from the rest and her sister is very upset. It breaks my heart to continue to lose more and chickens. Has anyone else had to deal with mareks? Can you get more chickens? The vaccine doesn’t give you 100% guarentee of no mareks. Do I risk other becoming sick and dying? Will this wipe out my whole flock? Seems to only be affecting my young girls. Is it in the coop and for how long? Can I treat the coop with anything?

Oh no!
What is she doing now? Can she walk?

Any chance that feed has gotten moldy and she's ingested that? At least here in my climate, I've found that spilled feed on the ground can mold overnight (literally!) This can definitely make them sick if they eat quite a bit. Just thinking of other causes of symptoms you describe.

Marek's is widespread and seems to be one of the most frustrating diseases. Symptoms can vary widely. Here's a very good article written by a member that has dealt with it in her flock.

It would be good to contact a state vet and make sure that you tell them it is a backyard chicken, which may be less expensive to get a necropsy. California is relatively inexpensive to CA residents, and they may do one for less than AZ.

If you don’t want to cull her, I would give her supportive care as @Wyorp Rock has suggested. We never know what is going on with them, and sometimes they may surprise us and recover.

The state vet is based out of the U of A and they are not doing necropsy on any animals due to covid. She is much worse this am and completely paralyzed. So I am sure she has mareks now. It progressed way to fast to be anything else. As for moldy feed as someone mentioned earlier. We don’t have any humidity just dry heat the feed is gone every day. So don’t think that is the problem. I appreciate all of your help. Just so sad and hate seeing my babies go in such a horrible way and nothing I can do to stop this nasty virus.

:hugs I'm sorry.

So sorry. Would you be interested in doing a home necropsy to look for any possible symptoms of Mareks or other diseases? Sometimes Mareks will cause spots on the liver and tiny tumors on intestines and other organs. I have never been able to see the leg nerves on a necropsy, but one or both of those can be enlarged. If you do, take pictures of organs and post them her. If not, and you decide to bury her, that is fine, and we understand.

I had a hen 2 years ago that became unable to balance or walk for 5 weeks. Then one day, she got up and spent the next year free ranging all over our yard. Later, she died, and her necropsy showed oviduct cancer plus the pressence of large lash egg material which had probably caused her lameness.

For how long did you give the Corid? As Corid/Amprolium works cutting off the Vitamin B1 (Thiamin) uptake, they might be suffering from vitamin B1 deficiency caused by overlong Amprolium intake.

Did you inspect your coop for poultry mites? As they suck the blood of the roosting chickens at night they can leave them anaemic which can cause neurological symptoms as well.
