floppy pink crest

Why is my chickens crest really floppy it's tilted to one side and it's light pink also he can't see from one side what do you think is wrong?

What breed is he? He looks a bit ragged all over too. What are you feeding him? How old is he?

First thought looking at him is protein issues. Second thought is to many treats putting his feed of balance.
Third thought would be some sort of illness. Is he sneezing or acting "off" at all? How active is he?
