FLORIDA!!!!!ALWAYS SUNNY SIDE UP!!!

There are enough chicken people, but chickens are illegal in 90% of the county. Most dare not attend and the others have a language barrier.

I hadn't thought about that. We're in the county, but on the outskirts near everglades national park. Until now I never felt like there was enough space for chickens.

I have a friend looking for Florida hatcheries that have bantam Brahma pullets. He doesn't want to raise from chick (he doesn't know what he's missing out on does he?).

Anybody know of one?

Chickensure require little space. Most people just don't clean up as regularly as they should. We also have worms that process chicken and rabbit poop rather efficiently. Then everything goes back in the garden or the yard.

The space requirement also depends on how many birds you have. All of the litter from the coops and poop in the poop pits goes into our compost pile which will go into the gardens.
These are older pictures and the trees have gotten much bigger so all of the pens have nice shade trees.
