take it from retired Realtor think about how long you intend to live in the house. If just few years, go for newer house. If you plan to stay forever pickthe one that meets most of your needs. Never buy the biggest or most expensive house in neighborhood. We buy houses on emotions and forget to consider the "investment of both time and money". Be smart and be happy. Ok, here we go, I think it can be done we got over 300 members most of them are in Central and North Central, so I think we should choose a place that would be like in the middle so more people can attend.
