Florida chicken ordinances

    January 18th 2011, Sarasota city commissioners voted unanimously in support of a new ordinance allowing residents to have up to four hens. No roosters allowed.

    We need to make sure to get as many bird people as possible to any hearings that are held in particular localities to give us the best chance of seeing that we have as much freedom as possible to keep our birds!
