Had to leave the show early but we had a great time of it. It was still cold but much better than last year. Family couldnt believe it I actually came home empty handed. Congrats to everyone who placed and won. It was great seeing the peeps again and meeting some new faces. Looking forward to next month hope to you there. Micki

Had a great time today but just didn't get to see and talk to everyone that I would have liked to visit with. It seemed like a busy day this time! Weather was great...nice turnout!!

Eric, I was hoping to come back and get the Oxine but picked up birds from Aimee and completely forgot. Perhaps I can come down and pick it up from you one day soon.... Being sick the last 4 days certainly hasn't helped my mind or my disposition!

We had a great time there this afternoon too. Finally got to meet Nava

, got some eggs and also came home with 3 cochin bantams and so then had to buy a cage to get them home

Oh well, who can't use another cage, right?

It was my first show and I was much impressed. The game birds were amazing! Wow, poultry with muscles! My sister came with me and didn't realize how many varieties there could be of chickens! It was great to see so many kinds in person instead of in pictures. Christy of Shared Acres met me with my two new babies...buff showgirls!

I had a great time today it was great to see all of the BYC peeps. The only downfall was I had a flat tire on my way home. In fact I just got home. Hopefully I'll see more peeps at Eric and Le's (The Pampered Pullets) next month and at the Bent Creek Feed Swap Meet.
