fly sprays to keep flies away from prolasped rectum

so, I've got another chicken with a prolasped rectum (2nd chicken in a month). beginning to wonder what really is the cause. gonna send in a stool sample. anyway, the flies are irritating her bum so badly. is there anything I can use or spray around her vent to keep the flies from hatching eggs?

I dont know about the flies, but i had a young rooster with this and i was told by a vet to make a paste out of sugar and water and apply it to the inflammation.
I did, and it worked. I would suggest you try this and maybe keep the bird separated for a little while. I was afraid the others would peck at him.
If you try it, apply a good bunch of the paste to get it working. Good Luck

ETA: maybe isolating him to a place without flies
