Monarch cocked her head, "How do you not know?" She flitted her wings and took off, landing on a higher piece of ice so she could be eye level with the ice dragon.

" I just ..i don't know why you'd come if your just going to act like I'm about to stomp on you " she says sadly , " I just feel as if everyone hates me ..."

"Well, when you are as small as me, you feel like literally everyone is going to stomp on you," Monarch explained. "Also," she added, "I could feel Bastet's anger on the way back and I was wondering what happened with you guys."

Gazer starts crying again and explains " Anubis is sick , dragon poison. I was trying to help and bastet came, she asked why he was here and I told her it was none of her business , she got mad and she ....s-she destroyed m-my home ! " Gazer says through sobs

Monarch clicked her tongue, "Bastet has such a temper sometimes," she mumbled, then added, "But Anubis is her best friend, practically her brother, so that was kind of a bad move on your part too, telling her that it wasn't her business knowing what was going on with him. Her temper really only shows usually when it is about Anubis and she thinks someone has disrespected or betrayed him in some way."

Monarch snorted, "Friends is an understatement, separating them is terribly difficult. She will kill literally anyone if they tried to harm him and he would do the same for her. " Yeah I noticed , I wish everyone would stop questioning me " look ..anubis heard something he wasn't sopposed to hear and questioned me , I didn't want to answer and came hear, he followed . There you happy !" Gazer says

Maybe if you had answered Anubis the first time, this wouldn't have happened and Bastet would've been the one to find him and you would still have your precious cave!" She huffed again and promptly left. Kicking over a tiny ice piece on the way. She sealed the entrance to the cave with snow and made her way back to her den in the flower patch by the lake. Monarch felt the sorrow from the ice dragons cave again and snorted. I tried to be nice, she thought to herself angrily. She didn't understand why the dragon couldn't piece it together that it was her own fault everything had happened the way it had.
