, chases any other ducks off that land in the garden!

Oh my KCs definitely fly. I don't think they can get way up in the air and fly south for the winter sort of thing, but they do get a few feet off the ground flapping (not graceful) and usually up in my face scaring the daylights out of me. The definitely could hop a 3 foot fence if they wanted to or were startled.
