Foam in quail mouth

Would removing her from the others stress her out?
Also i forgot to add that it turns out we have too many males to females (2:3 ratio) could this also be stressing her out

If you give her a quiet place where she can see the others, it won't stress her out much. Too many roos is definitely contributing to stress.

I think it would be nicer (for your birds) if you gave them some big boxes of dirt to sit in.
A place for them to get off of the wire.

I agree, I know for a fact that my quail are not a fan of standing on hardware cloth.
