I have a female runner duck who has both eyes completely foamed over. Seeing as I recently added my pekin Drake and the rest of the pekins back to the runner flock, I believe the Drake is the culprit. A few of the Pekin females have pulled feathers around their eyes. He is separated from them now and I will be processing him tomorrow.
I'm not seeing damage to her eye itself. After I wipe them clean they both start foaming over again.

*Edited to add that she has no other symptoms. Nares are clean, poops are fine, good appetite. I don't know if she's laid an egg recently because she's mixed in with all my other ducks but she doesn't have any hard lumps or anything that would indicate egg binding.
So I'm pretty sure this is just an injury and not a sickness.

Her left eye is foaming but there's no swelling and I don't see any injury/damage.

Her right eye does actually have a spot that appears to be damaged or something. Looks like a gray ovalish mark? I'm not quite sure how to describe it but here's a picture. There is also some swelling around the eye.

Is there anything I should be putting in her eyes outside of cleaning them?

I don't know a lot about Ducks, so hopefully @shawluvsbirds or @Miss Lydia will chime in.

General care for the eye is to clean/flush with saline, wipe out any pus or debris. You can apply a dot of Terramycin eye ointment or Original Neosporin (plain triple antibiotic ointment) into the eye to help with infection. Clean the eye and apply ointment 2-3 times a day.

If the feathers around her eyes were being plucked, it's probably injury and dirt/debris was introduced.
