Foamy eye...UPDATE: Fowlpox? Help!

I have never seen fowl pox on the feet. Normally, it's on the comb and face area. If they survive fowl pox, which most do, they become immune to it and will never get it again. I have vaccinated for fowl pox in the past, but did not do it this year.

You can put a drop of Tylan50 (undiluted) directly into the eye.
 
Huh. Ok, and yeah, I read in a few places that the sores can sometimes appear on the feet. There's really nowhere else on this bird for them to pop up, as he's feathered pretty much everywhere else.

Sorry, I wasn't trying to imply you were! I just hope this is what it is because otherwise I am at a loss, and I already ordered the vaccine.
