Yes it is correct. But you will need a needle and syringe to get it out of the vial. Then remove the needle and give it orally with just the syringe.

I've had a few of my Muscovy over the years with foamy eyes and all I did was add ACV to their drinking buckets and it would clear up.
So I guess I am not much help.

Most drug stores sell needles and syringes for diabetics

Feed stores sell 3 ml syringes with needles. Get a 20 gauge if you can, but 22 gauge will work. If your duck does not have any other symptoms, you could just try the water to their drinking buckets to rinse their faces.
