One of my favorite things to drink is juice. One of my favorite juices to drink is a bit of a concoction I make up from prebottled juices since I don't own a juicer. Here's the recipe:
Mix together

32 oz bottle Knudsen
organic beet juice

52 oz bottle Bolthouse Farms carrot juice

64 oz *either* pear *or* apple juice *or* cider (when in season)

32 oz bottle The Ginger People ginger soother *or* grate a couple of TBSP fresh ginger and half that of fresh turmeric

Serve in a tall glass with a sprig of fresh sage.

This makes a lot and, to be fair, I usually only mix it 1/2 at a time, leaving the rest of the juice and cider in their original containers to either enjoy separately or mix after the first half is gone.

Canned or preserved fish, especially flavored ones like herring with mango habanero sauce. Delish!

my grandmother occasionally made me a peanut butter, mustard and onion sandwich. Interesting, but not terrible. I think about it still but just havent brought myself to make it again 🤣

My mom used to make cold buttered noodles with apple sauce. Kinda the same as the pb & mo above, liked it but ...
some things are better left to nostalgia.

When I needed to make cabbage juice, I put everything in a blender and then strained it through a mesh bag. That worked very well.
Root veggies don't tend to have a lot of juice to give-up on their own in a blender from what I've observed. 🤷‍♂️

I agree. I would say those are " interesting".
