Around the time you posted to have them vaccinated if they haven't, I gave her a small amount of soaked dry food

She actually got more wormer on Thursday.
She also had gotten into the chick feed that same day as well.

That's your issue...The chick feed..
Puppies have delicate digestive systems so get belly aches easily.

I have been told to give rice and boiled hamburger, but I like the suggestion above about giving boiled chicken. Much less greasy. I would get the puppy to the vet for an exam and get a fecal exam done for worms while there. Make sure she is getting plenty of water as she will dehydrate in cases of chronic diarrhea.

I have 5 week old puppies just beginning to wean and one puked up bile because she wanted Momma more than the puppy food I'm introducing. Puppies get the poops and vomit from anything simple that they are not accustom too.
