I have two Ayem Ketawa hens. They are about 4 1/2 months old. A few days ago, within a day of each other, both hens had one of their feet fold under so that they were walking on one good foot and an ankle. They get 20% protein chick crumble, they've been wormed and treated for lice and mites, and I put Rooster Booster in their water. They free range all day and are in an enclosed run and coops at night. I just had to put one down because she could barely stand and wasn't eating. The other seems fine and is running around on one good foot and one ankle. I don't know what else to do for her! All of my other hens and roosters are fine. I purchased the Ayem Ketawa as day olds from a reputable breeder. Could it be the breed? Any suggestions?

Here's a pic before she ran out of the run this morning. She is healthy, running, and very perky. It's just that her foot is totally not working and she walks on her ankle. I can't figure it out.
