? for Maran owners

Do you eat those dark beauties (eggs), if you do, do you realize that your homemade breakfast costs you $10-$15 or more considering Marans hatching eggs prices?

I probably wouldn,t be able to swallow my Maran omlett.

Well I eat both the Marans eggs and the duck eggs in fact the duck eggs are better for baking with than regular chicken eggs. I have made many of freezer bags of egg noodles with my duck eggs also. So I guess I am eating in 1st class then

I make a Pumkin Bread recipe with duck eggs its so much better, we already eat maren eggs and I sell them by the dozen for eating, rainbow eggs (dk brown, brown, blue and white)
