After a decade+ of chicken keeping, I'm selling my beautiful, custom made coop and all the run material for less than 1/3rd the original cost. It is HEAVY, needs a few folk and a way to transport. (small pickup truck). Described HERE
The coop is constructed by Happy Coops in the Bay Area, and is a SOLID and beautiful piece of work. Heavy and well built, beautifully stained.
Dimensions: The Coop de View as it is called, has a total floor space of 16 sq. ft. or, 4′ by 4′ – with 32″ by 4′ dedicated to the roost area, while the remaining 16″ by 4′ is devoted to the nest boxes. The Run area is bigger and I'll throw in all the hardware mesh panels for the run at no additional cost. Also a Hefty waterer.
You can look up happycoops.com for original pricing but you can also read about its construction here in my own blog. Its quite detailed: https://paloaltochickens.wordpress.com/the-coop/
