If the birds are subjected to predation then the birds that blend in with the environment will be left and the birds that stand out will be killed and eaten. Predation will be doing the selection for a specific coloration. As Dan said-this will be the wild type plumage.

The white birds probably blend with the white grave yard markers and the hawks have a hard time picking them out. The grave yard must have some place the birds can go to keep from being eaten by raccons at night.

The hens are really small one looks sort of wheaten. One is black with a brownish lacing on her breast. The other two are gold laced colored. The hens are all very petite and great flyers. I did see many BBRed males there including the spangled breasted ones which I am kinda wishing I would have got one of those too lol.

tadkerson, thank you that is a fantastic observation. You are probably right, I hadn't thought of that with the white birds blending into the gravestones etc. I don't know what type of hiding spot they must have to sleep in at night but will definitely investigate that next time I go down there.
