I had a gray fox as a pet as a kid, it could climb like a cat. It would run inside the pen like a hamster in a wheel. It's mother took up residence under my neighbors meatie pen and ate about 100 or so chicks up to 8 weeks when the guy finally noticed he had about 1/2 his birds left. So yes fox are crafty.

Last year we wacked 26 coons, 10 possums, 3 'yotes, and 1 fox. Unfortunately we didn't get any Biebers.

Well, Biebers are a tad scarce, though they are easy to track down. You just have to listen for the peculiar whining sound they make.
