It is an article about when tv goes digital, you will need a converter box to get a signal/picture. The government is offering coupons to help with the cost of buying the box.

GREAT! I'm applying for the coupons right away. We still use rabbit ears for our TV. Just can't seem to make myself pay to watch TV. It's just not right. We thought we might have to get a dish when the change happened. But if all we need is a converter then thats great.

Thanks for sharing the link.....we too don't pay for t.v.........I dont watch enough to warrant paying more...and if I did.......I would be watching the surgery channel 24/7

Look at this link. From what I can tell you don't need a dish or cable, You just need the converter box, the signals are still transmitted thruough airwaves.
