My bantam roo has gleet vent and I tried to give him the epsom salt treatment with a dropper and I got some in his lungs. He is rasping when he breathes and now is weaker than ever.
Is there anything I can do to help get the water out of his lungs?

I'm sorry I don't know how to get it out of his lungs and I hope someone can step in, but in the future try putting small amounts under his tongue. That will help give him a chance to drink it down before it goes into the lungs.
