The kids heard a loud bang of thinder and the whistle of the wind up above. WHen would the storm let up? If it gets any worse, it will destroy the shelter and kill them all!

Everyone was huddled in the corner, trembling. The tornado had ripped the roof off of the house when the rooster crowed again. It was oddly distinct through the storm. The kids shook with fear. It seems like every time that happened, somehting bad came with it!

Silla, peeped out of a small opening in the cellar wall. The storm had just arrived, but wait! Why had it suddenly stopped?

The heavens opened, and with a dreary silence lightning filled the sky, not a sound was heard. Silla, gulped. "Have mercy on us!" screaming and crying she moved to the corner. Everyone looked at each other. Was Silla more than they actually thought?

The others looked at Silla with disbelief. "What?" James said unsurely.

Yeah, what is going on here?" Jamie and Celeste asked one after the other. Silla looked nervously at them. Finally Ashlynne spoke. "Okay, everyone, this is my family's storm cellar, and I won't have you being nasty to Silla. None of us know what is going on. Lets not fight, or be nasty, but work to together sow we don't die. We'll figure it out eventually."
Then she gulped and hid in a corner because everyone was looking at her.
