Aww he is so cute!!! From the size the little guy is only a day or so old and an egg tooth points to this too. He will double that size in a week so make sure his food and water are always available. Their growth rate still astounds me.
You are doing well, and he looks very content. Keep.up the wonderful work.

Again everyone, thank you for your posts!
I'm sad to say, but I'm going to have someone else raise this little guy. They have offered to take him up since I just started a job and can't be watching over him because of this. Still, your advice is extremely helpful and I'll be sure to bookmark this for the next time this happens.

@ShadyGlade thank you! yeah, I've reminded myself I'm probably in this for the long run, aha. I will switch out for a deeper waterer next time I'm out shopping too.

Just take a cool whip container or butter dish or something like that and cut holes in the top so she can get her head in but not actually get in it.
